SAIP Machines
SAIP designs, manufactures and supplies customised producted lines build up according to the user's specifications. SAIP supplies include:
- Turn-key based lines for the dicontinuous production of rigid faced insulated architectural panels with polyurethane core
- Uprgrade of esiting lines to the use of HC's and HFC's foam blowing agents
- Chemicals handling and storage systems
- Auxiliary equipement and handling systems (metal sheet working machines, off-line cutting units, etc.)
In the dicontinous panels process the rigid foam is poured into the cavity between two rigid facings within the foaming press platens where the expansion and polymerization take place.
There are different foamings methods in use in order to achieve the best end products results in terms of foam distribution within the two rigid facings cavity. The technology choice is mainly due to the panels design and to the prouction philosophy and efficiency.
